Types of data Processed by the Remote Controller application
Unless otherwise specified, all data requested by this application are mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, it may be impossible for this application to provide the service. In cases where this application indicates some data as optional, the user is free to refrain from communicating them, without this having any consequence on the availability of the service or on its operation.
LED Driver details
The application processes and stores the following data to connect to the external LED Driver:
Access level: Manufacturer / Distributor / Customer (whose passwords are stored in the LED Driver)
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
The application establish a BLE connection from the mobile to the LED Driver to configure the latter, as well as to collect information (for example, the number of hours in the night time profile). None of the collected data is sent to a backend for later processing.
Device and phone information
No information regarding the user device / phone are collected.
Data from other applications
The application does not use any other source of information (for ex. contacts).
Usage statistics
The application does not collect any usage statistics.
Access permissions required by the Remote Controller application for proper operation
Bluetooth access permission
It allows communication between the application and the LED Driver.
Changes to this privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users on this page and, if possible, on this Application by means of a push notification and, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to Users through a of the contact details in its possession. Please therefore consult this page frequently, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom.
If the changes concern treatments whose legal basis is consent, the Data Controller will collect the User’s consent again, if necessary.
